Untranslated statement items
We run our accounting systems in English and store a library of common translations so that we can show your statement in your preferred language. Most items on your statement will have very common narratives - buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, etc. - so generally this works well. But sometimes you'll see a posting in the system that hasn't been seen by our translators yet. In that case, you'll temporarily see the item in our "accounting language" of English.
We'll normally translate these items within a few days, however please feel free to contact us at any time for an explanation.
