You must make all deposits from the same bank account.

Deposits are processed within UK business hours. We will email you when the deposit arrives in your BullionVault account.

I don't see a reference field to enter my BullionVault username.

If there is no reference field or customer-account-number field in which to enter your BullionVault username, please check with your bank how to proceed. Your username is how your funds will be matched to your BullionVault account.

My bank is asking for the beneficiary's address.

Can I link my bank account to BullionVault so that BullionVault is authorised to pull funds from my bank account by ACH?

No. BullionVault does not support ACH Debit (pull) transfers. You must send funds using an ACH Credit (push) payment from your bank’s online banking or BillPay system.

Why does my bank ask to verify BullionVault with micro-deposits?

Some banks assume you are trying to set up an ACH Debit relationship. Since BullionVault does not support ACH Debit payments, those verification steps will not work.

Instead, please use your bank's standard BillPay or ACH Credit transfer function to send funds to us directly.

What is the difference between ACH Credit and ACH Debit?

  • ACH Credit (push): You instruct your bank to send money to BullionVault.
  • ACH Debit (pull): You authorise BullionVault to collect money from your bank.

BullionVault only supports ACH Credit (push) payments initiated by you
