LONDON, 22 October 2011 - Secure, low-cost gold ownership service BullionVault today tops a list of different ways to buy gold selected by The Times, the UK's second best-selling 'quality' daily paper.
"Investors wanting a glint of gold in their portfolios have a variety of options," writes Mark Atherton in the Money section. "Those who like to see what they are getting for their money could buy the real thing in the form of bullion bars."
Calling BullionVault "the online gold market which stores gold for private investors", The Times notes that "a standard 400 troy ounce bar, weighing 12.5kg, would currently cost £410,000.
"If you wanted a one gram fraction of a bar [using BullionVault] it would cost £33.20."
