Chicago Tribune: Fear pushes some to precious stones, gold

LONDON, 15 April 2010 - BullionVault - the online platform for gold bullion trading and ownership - today features in the Chicago Tribune, the 8th largest US newspaper by circulation.

"A growing group has lost faith in traditional means of investing," says the paper, "putting their money instead into products and commodities they can see, touch, feel and even wear."

Looking at the diamond, collectibles, fine art and gold investment markets, "Some experts say investing in tangible assets is more panic than smarts," the Chicago Tribune goes on.

You can read the full story, including details of BullionVault's client-base and the $705 million-worth of gold they now own between them, at the Chicago Tribune here.
