If there is no reference field or customer-account-number field in which to enter your BullionVault username, please check with your bank how to proceed. Your username is how your funds will be matched to your BullionVault account.

Deposits are processed within UK business hours. Deposits received outside those hours are usually processed on the following working day. You will receive confirmation of your deposit as soon as it arrives in your BullionVault account. You'll then be able to buy and sell gold, silver and platinum immediately.
