LONDON, 14 July 2018 – Today's edition of The Times, the longest-running daily paper published in London, reports on a surge in gold demand among BullionVault users.
"[The] online gold trader says gold-buying by private investors in Europe and North America has leapt five-fold in the past week with the total owned by its investors up to 38.8 tonnes, worth £1.2 billion," the paper reports in its weekly Money section.
"Gold's low price has boosted interest," the paper adds, quoting BullionVault analysis of the jump.
