Daily Express: New Fed Chair Faces 'Monster Job'

LONDON, 26 October 2017 – BullionVault's view of the race to chair the US Federal Reserve is quoted today by UK national newspaper The Daily Express's finance pages online.

Reporting rumours that President Trump now favours existing Fed member Jerome Powell or Stanford economist John Taylor, "Whoever Trump picks has a monster job ahead," The Express quotes Adrian Ash, director of research at BullionVault in London.

"Leave interest rates below inflation, and the global asset bubble will only worsen. But try to raise interest rates to anything like normal, and the stock market will sink as bad debts and bankruptcies surge."
