LONDON, 20 September 2016 – Leading Indian finance news channel, CNBC-TV18, today interviewed BullionVault head of research Adrian Ash about the current action and outlook for gold prices ahead of Wednesday's Federal Reserve decision on US interest rates.
"Consensus remains that the Fed won't do anything tomorrow," says Adrian, "even though this is a good moment for them to raise – stock market strength has come back...volatility remains low...[and] jobs growth in the States has been very strong, fulfilling one half of the Fed's mandate.
"The missing thing here is inflation."
