LONDON, 16 April 2013 - Italian stock exchange Borsa Italia, a division of the LSE, today features the Gold Investor Index from BullionVault in its "under the lens" educational series for investors.
"The Gold Investor Index is a monthly index," says the report, "which measures the relationship between buyers and net sellers on BullionVault, the online marketplace for the trading of precious metals."
"Based on the actual trading activity between individuals, it shows the sentiment of investors in physical gold, because it studies the relationship between buyers and sellers instead of taking into account simply the volume of exchange."
