The Economist: Precious Metal

LONDON, 16 June 2011 - BullionVault founder & CEO Paul Tustain today makes the Editor's Letters page of The Economist, refuting claims in last week's edition that gold "is little more useful than tulips."

"Industrial usefulness does not define value," counters Paul, "and here's a simple example:

"Take one £20 note and consider the paper's industrial applications. Now burn it. See what I mean?"
